Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. Our goal is for you to love your Staze purchase and to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

 

Exchanges:

  • FREE exchanges within 30 days of delivery. 
  • No restocking fees
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label for all approved exchanges. 

 

Returns(Refunds)

  • Returns for a refund are accepted within 30 days of delivery 
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • A return shipping fee will be deduct from your refund. 
  • Original shipping feeds are non-refundable. 

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  • Email contact@staze.co and provide your name, order number and reason for the return.
  • Once approved, we'll send next steps and a shipping label.

 

Additional Notes:

  • Items must be shipped back within 3 days of return authorization.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  • During peak seasons(such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. 
  • Items returns in used or non-original condition are not eligible for a refund and may be sent back.
