Refund policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase, however if you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer hassle free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following step:
- Email contact@staze.co and provide your name, order number and reason for the return.
Once the email is reviewed, you will receive a prepaid shipping label to have the item reshipped back to us. You can also use our live chat and we will be more than happy to assist you there.
Before you ship your products, ensure the following:
The item(s) is undamaged, like new condition, and in their original packaging.
The item(s) is mailed back within 3 days of return authorization with the original invoice included.
The item(s) that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and denied the ability to return.

All returns may take up to 7 business days to reflect back into your account.
